We were shopping for a home during the COVID housing craze and Monica was the best agent we could have dreamed of having. She was extremely patient throughout the process. She is incredibly level headed and made sure we understood the value of each home we bid on before making an offer. Because of the nature of the housing market, houses were often posted on Friday and offers were due on Monday morning. On multiple occasions Monica stayed up late on Sunday night talking with us to craft an offer for that Monday morning deadline. Every house we made an offer on she made sure we had the best possible chance of getting at a fair price. She even came up with some creative ways for us to make our offer stand out in the competitive market that we bought in. Despite getting outbid on multiple houses, Monica never stopped giving every house her full attention.
