Business Philosophy

Ever waited for a "and I'll get back to you as soon as I can" that never came? I have. In Real Estate, communication is extremely important. It really matters that you and your real estate agent are on the same page and that your approach to the buying or selling process is in sync. Not only that, as soon as an offer has been accepted, other parties come into play; inspectors, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, home associations, even fire departments. It is key for me, as your agent, to be on top of all of these moving parts, communicate with you at every step, and make sure that the process keeps moving smoothly. If I promise to call you at an agreed upon time then I fulfill that promise. It is as simple as that.
